past-future tense

Why people tend to live in the past or fascinating about future but not live in present?
I do that..I love to think that after this I will be happier
I will be living the life that I want..
but, just stop and look around.. am I not now?
probably this is the "tomorrow is a better day" thinking~

days have been boring....
now i know why,I didn't leave my suburb last weekend, yea clear enough now!
but still, I need something new!!
